I absolutely HATE Comcast/Xfinity and their customer service. Completely unreliable DVR service. Recorded programs should be allowed to stay indefinitely at the owner's discretion and should NOT be auto-deleted after a year, and there should be a pricing plan for unlimited DVR storage space. I'm more intelligent than anyone working for Comcast/Xfinity, I know more about the idiosyncrasies of your DVR service than anyone but the stupid engineers and stupid programmers who designed this extremely flawed system. The customer is always right, right? I pay around $4000 a year to you people for TV, internet, and voice so you people work for ME, and you should get down on your knees and kiss my feet for helping to pay your salaries. STOP AUTO-DELETE AFTER A YEAR, AND ALLOW FOR UNLIMITED DVR SPACE. THAT IS WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT AND DESERVE TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAY. AND YES, I KNOW I'M RIGHT. JESUS FREAKING CHRIST YOU PEOPLE.
