Each week When I record Shark Tank or GoldRush for example on my DVR, they will not show up on the app. These shows are NOT restricted by any licensing stuff, they used to show up all the time on the xfinity app and I watched them on the phone. Now they never show up, not even in the trash. Sha

The new Xb7 has well documented issues with slightly older printers, they don't work on the XB7 wirelessly, you can see some of the threads I linked about this issue below the images. The Xb6 router works just fine though before we upgraded, and people end up having to switch back to the Xb6. My pri

@jlavaseur That's what I would think too, but I did a factory reset on the printer, so there can't be any print jobs left over in the printers system itself. Then on our computers, We also erased all the drivers and Epson software, and removed the s

@jlavaseur We certainly did the simple method at first. Nothing fancy, just tried auto connecting the printer to the wi-fi network like any device. But that did not work. We did a full reset on the printer too and started fresh. Hence why we resorted

@jlavaseur "you seem to be making it more difficult then it actually is" ....Not at all, I'm well aware of all the basic baby steps and ideas on this and tried those first. It's not simply my computers trying to connect to the printers old IP
