Hi, I have had 8 voice calls to customer support and multiple live chat sessions. Spent over 5 hours on the phone with Xfinity. I am not able to access Peacock Premium. I have the stream saver package that offers - peacock premium, netflix and apple tv. In my Xfinity portal I have activated Peacock.

@XfinitySheila I have done exactly what you said, no one has responded.

I have an account with Peacock. They take money out every month on my credit card, but when we try to watch anything on Peacock we are told we have to have a subscription, so out of frustration my husband said I will open an account. After doing the paperwork, they said he already has an account. So

OMG, I am having the same issue. Unable to access Peacock. Been on phone and chat with multiple agents, for 2 days. They even had me change my plan to a package that has Netflix, Peacock and AppleTV, still no relief. They keep asking me to Activate -
