I recently moved out of xfinity’s service area and in the chaos of everything, forgot to return my xfinity flex streaming box. I was charged a fee for the missing equipment so I’d like to get it returned. When I go into the digital return center, however, no devices show up for me to select for a

@pawigington And make sure you get a receipt at the time you return it to UPS.  I don't know if they do tracking numbers but if so go for that, too.
