Hello, has there been an update to getting these codes yet?

I just bought a new Amazon Fire TV and I cannot get the XR15 remote to pair the volume or power. There is no Amazon Fire TV listed in the options for TV to pair to. The person on the Helpline did not understand what I was talking about at all and said that Amazon is not a brand of fire TV lol. Pleas

No problem! We are so glad to help in any way that we can.  Now that the request was submitted, you would need to reach out to the manufacturer of the device for further confirmation of the new codes.  

@XfinityChad2 Oh that’s great! Thanks so much! Would you contact me when it’s done? I am doing this for my father who is technologically impaired, so I know he’s going to appreciate being able to use the remote for power and volume.

I've contacted our 3rd party vendor who provides us with the IR programming codes to add this model to their database.
