Welcome to the club.  When I first upgraded to 4K, they sent an Xi6, which I returned and got an XG1v4.   Recently, support swapped out a box because of a problem with the one I had and they sent a non-4K.  Sent that one back, to

Did a lenghtly text with an Agent who processed a replacement box. I recieved an XG2v2-P, which is not what
