Please respond via my GMAIL Account, daniel.6.campbell@gmail.com My data usage went from 75-150GB a month to 900+ in Sep and Oct, to 2.3 Terabytes in Dec. The XFinity rep came to my home and explained someone somewhere is using our data through some sort of Malware/Virus. It was explained XFinity is aware that this happening and encouraged me to purchase the unlimited data plan in order to not get overcharged for the extra data. My question is, Why would XFinity be telling customers to purchase the larger data plan when it is obvious we have never needed this size plan. In addition, why am I being told to figure out this leak and fix the problem myself. If XFinity is aware of this issue why haven't they come up with a solution to correct this problem. If it means making changes to my account I totally undestand the inconvenience, though asking the customer to figure out the problem and fix it, all while paying for the extra charges is unacceptable. I'm about to disconect
