When will the multiview feature be activated?

Saw something somewhere (outside links aren't allowed here) that showed a new feature where you can watch 2 things at once via your X1 box. I think right now it's sports only, last night it said no events are available for multiview. (even with 2 baseball games, 2 College football games, and 1 NFL g

How do I choose the games I want to watch in Multiview?

I signed up for xfinity wifi with a gateway router. My service was set to start Jan 1. I received the router at the Philadelphia Location on 14th and Walnut successfully. I signed up to self install which is generally easy. The issue, is that when trying to set up the wifi, all paths - online, paper

@XfinityDanielD I need help with the “Access not Authorized” error message. I’ve restarted my phone. Uninstalled the app… reloaded the app. Nothing is working!

@XfinityAliciaA I’m having the same problem on my phone. I’ve used the app for a very long time and just last night it logged me out and I’m getting that same error message. I’m not happy Xfinity.

If I purchase a pod from Xfinity, will there be a monthly charge? I just started to purchase one on line and the summary page indicate there was. Can't seem to get an answer from Comcast.

I believe there’s just the one time fee. I wouldn’t buy one myself. Mine slows my speeds down and I’ve read that’s happening a lot.
