About me

I signed out of my Comcast account , now I can't sign back in. I am told I need to enter a code # that will be sent by text or email. The phone # comcast has for me is wrong. I have changed providers since then. Likewise, the recovery email address is wrong so I can't get an email with a code #. I don't have the option of answering a security question because it says that two step sign in is on. I cannot enter an email address here either. I need help from Comcast to resolve this problem, please. Thanks
