Router not blocking keywords

I have the router set up so it blocks keywords like lingerie and bikini.   For some reason, it is not blocking any sites with these words.    I have  all the devices as not trusted and it appears to be set up correctly.   Why is this not working?  The lingerie and bikini sites are way too much for m
