This is the second time this has happened in the last two months. Out of nowhere, my DVR (both on the physical box and Stream App) is showing somebody else's recordings. My box is now flooded with shows that recorded days ago, which were not there this morning. Clearly something is mixed-up as these

Hi @winger1960    I will create an internal ticket for this issue on your behalf, and will let you know once we have updates as to what might be causing these issues for you.

Hi @Tek sorry to hear this issue came back. I am reaching out to the engineering team responsible for it and see what we can find out this time. My fault for not getting back to you before.

We were watching episodes of Veronica Mars, all free. Except yesterday when we turned on TV to see the next one in line: Season 3, Episode 8. Suddenly it had gotten changed to Pay per view. Xfin pulled a scam, bait & switch con job. Not only were all the episoded from that point forward now only ava

Hi @jrheinrichs  & @labnglidermom ,   @CCAndrew  is right, we do not own the rights to the content. Comcast is a content distributor, not a content creator, which means, we do not dictate when content is available or not.   Comcast 100% does not char

I've had my X1 for a few years now, and will be upgrading my TV from HD to 4K next few days. I've done some googling, and it sounds like the X1 does support 4K. I looked in the video settings/resolution, and I don't see an option for anything but HD. Do I need a different box, or once it senses its

I guess my answer was more generic than directed at you specifically. Looking into your current devices, it appears your current box is not 4K capable. See here for additional details: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box

Hi @vlawde    At a high level, you need a 4K capable X1 box (models Xi6 (wireless box) or XG1v4 (wired/main outlet)). If you do not have one currently, you can go to your nearest Xfinity Store and replace your older boxes for one of these

Typically when I watch an On Demand program and stop in the middle it will resume where I left off. I've found with Peacock that this doesn't happen, it doesn't remember where you stopped and will just restart from the beginning the next time you access that program. I realize Peacock is new, would

Ok, thank you for confirming! This is due to the fact that we have yet to integrate the continue watching feature between X1 and Peacock. If you launch from X1, there is currently no feedback loop to let the device know what you watched while on Peac

Hi @purterbed ,   Could you state what issue you are having? Is it with Peacock content or general STB issues?

Hi @flash333    Could you confirm whether you are lauching the Peacock content directly from X1 or are you launching the app and searching for the content within it?
