As stated above my phone (galaxy S24) quit receiving/sending texts when I am home connected to wifi. It previously worked flawlessly.  I am using google messages program.  I have rebooted phone, I have cleared cache and data in google messages app.  Works fine when I turn off the wif

I pre-ordered the Galaxy S24+ from Samsung and it is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Will the activation process use eSIM or do I need a normal SIM card?  I am already an Xfinity Mobile customer using a Galaxy S20+ purchased directly from Xfinity in 2020.  Can I visit my local Xfinity store

You can use youmail from the play store to get voicemail until Xfinity adds the unlocked s24 imei collection.

Your "dedicated Xfinity Mobile team" knows nothing. They're caught in a "The computer says it's incompatible" and "we only guarantee support for phones purchased directly from Xfinity" loop and will go no farther. It's the "Compatibility Database" th

@XfinityDena​ Your canned replies are not helping at all, plus your "Mobile experts" are clueless and haven't helped a single person with this issue. As a matter of fact your "Mobile experts" have made matters worse for many people.
