I don't know how many times a recording has reverted to the beginning.  I've lost count.  Cloud DVR is awful, and the responses here by Xfinity employees are unhelpful.  For what we pay for Xfinity we should be getting better.  A

My cable TV has not allowed me to change channels twice in last 2/3 weeks. Was able to talk to a live agent ONCE during each outage. Agent said they were not experiencing and any outage, WHICH IS A BOLDFACE LIE as Tech said a multitude of customers were having same issue. Tech was instructed to chan

I completely agree with you. In the new system it is almost impossible to get to a live agent.  Terrible customer service.

After changing out subscription, Xfinity sent a new DVR box. It installed okay, but there is an unacceptable delay fast-forwarding or rewinding on recorded programs When the ff button is pressed there is a 3-second delay before fast forwarding begins. Also, skip forward 30 seconds has unacceptable d

I've noticed the delay depends on the channel. It's terrible on ESPN and ESPN2, but okay on Fox.
