Yes, the logo was there. I just returned from a trip to the local Xfinity store (a 30 mile roundtrip!) only to learn that they knew nothing and couldn't check the work schedule. They said the email was corporate. I don't see a chat icon, just the n

I can open my xfinity email, and read messages, but I can't do anything with the messages - like delete them or move them to my folders. My Norton keeps giving me this message as I sign in to open my email: "Threat secured" "We prevented your coneection to connect.xfinity.com because it is a danger

I had the same thing happen (with Norton), starting at around 11 a.m. At 1 p.m., I called Comcast about it, and the very helpful person I spoke to told me to restart my computer. Now, a half hour later, I've yet to see another popup.

I've had such trouble with Pluto.tv (on demand) freezing, that I rarely bother trying it. E.g., last year, I tried watching a movie, but it froze after the first half hour. Randomly pressing buttons finally had it moving forward, but after 10 min., it froze again. Etc. I finally just finished watchi

Thank you for your reply. I had thought the problem was with the Pluto/Xfinity connection. (My friend also has Xfinity.) Since the Pluto transmission to my computer is steady, I'd also thought it more likely that the problem is in how Comcast is rec

I'm hoping for an answer from someone who knows the technical ins-and-outs of the Comcast transmitters. I have a Comcast technician coming out in an hour or so to look for a leak in my service, but I think my specific problem will be outside his area. This month I've had intermittent interruptions
