A couple days ago our internet service was out for about 12 hours. The xfinity app reported the outage. When it was fixed I thought, oh great, now we'll return to the rock-solid connectivity we've enjoyed for 10-plus years. Sadly, the service hasn't really been fixed. We've had multiple outages dail

@SystemWANalyst Thank you. You are exactly right. It's been five days now and the disconnects occur reliably every day around 5 p.m. I want to support the techs. The service has been outstanding for 10+ years. But now all of a sudden the system goes

Here's the transcript. I liked what he was offering, but I WILL NEVER give credit or debit card info by chat - even if, as he said, he would only see starred-out numbers. Sounds totally like a scam. Xfinity Assistant
