I have blocked about 30 websites using the URL blocking on my router (CISCO DPC3941T). However, there is one website where the block only works about 50% of the time. I also have it blocked in keywords. What else can I do to block this website? Can I put in IP addresses? I looked it and the domain

I just wanted to update this thread on something I discovered about the parental controls. In the app, I turn the parental controls off for this profile. It now started blocking everything. Then when I turn the parental controls back on, it's not b

I was able to go on the App and assign device to one person, and then add Parental Controls. However, it doesn't block some of the most well known sexual content websites at all. At least the URL blocking on the router blocks most of those. So I'm no

Where do I find Manage Device on the App? And then how do I add a custom rule?

I found the Managed Devices on the portal, but all it had was this, and when I followed the link, it said the website didn't exist anymore. Meanwhile, if the website does have multiple IP addresses, is there a way to still block it then?

Thanks for responding, but I'm not sure if I understood your suggestion. I don't see a way to add a customer rule. Meanwhile, the website I am blocking do not forward to any other website. It's just that website - which I see on the blocked list, bu
