Same thing happened to me. My gateway router needed replacement. Got the new router with faster speed but lost my premium movie channels when I was told nothing else changed. Now if I want to re add HBO and Show Time will cost me more. X

Why is customer service so bad when I call? Seems like xfinity hired a call center over seas that uses google translate to understand us and reply.
