Moving help

Can anyone provide guidance? I tried completing the moving process online but at the end I get a message “sorry this order is worklisted” and tells me to call the work list helpdesk

Part 2. It also said “if you don’t call ,one of our back agents will attempt to submit the order on your behalf.” I don’t see a number. Should I try calling the regular customer service line?
