About me

I am currently a Comcast/Xfinity X1 customer with a Triple Play Package. I also have an "any-room" DVR in the master bedroom. I am utilizing the internet connection and the cable/DVR services. My plan does include a home phone line. I haven't been able to get a phone to work using the X1 system. When I realized the phone wouldn't work when the cable goes out, I don't see the point continuing to try to get the phone part of the package to work. My cable/internet goes out way too much for me to worry about the phone.
