I received an email in January that NESN was being removed from my TV plan. This was fine because the email also stated that the Regional Sports Fee would go down $7.00.   I see that my recent statement shows that the fee actually went up from $15.15 to $18.25.    Not surprised

While we were able to resolve the RSN fee issue through a credit, the Xfinity team was unable to find a solution or best possible promotion that resolves the issue regarding the rising costs even while under a current contract. This wasn't a surpris

The email about NESN and the $7 reduction was sent on 1/10 and the new bill shows as 1/17, however the current price list for my area shows that the price is $18.25 which is an increase from $15.15. This local price list shows that it went into effe
