@XfinityJamesC I am not receiving emails from anywher.Did all the suggetions (except ip) sent emails from different sources ..nothing. Confirmation emails not showing up so cant proceed in some problems.

Mine has stopped working too and Xfinity support can't seem to help. It is my primary email.

Hello, I have never received any emails since the creation of the account several years ago. Only recently did I start receiving email updates from Xfinity. Aside from that, this account does not receive emails. I can send emails from this account and they are successfully received. Replies to those
