I need emergency assistance with email. I received error message on one of my (most important) email accounts that 100% capacity was reached. I erased a ton of emails, making sure the largest attachments get erased. I cleared the trash bin. I waited 24 hours. Still, I cannot receive any emails. When

I was chatting with Xfinity support for almost 3 hours, after which they told me to call Customer Security Assurance. It is over 60 minutes wait! How can I get some actual help?
