Scam email to my Comcast email addresses

I use unique email addresses in many places including Xfinity. In other words, I give Xfinity email addresses that nobody else has or even knows about. Same here. I have an comcast.net email I only use to login and pay my bill. I don't use for anything else. Everytime I log in to pay my comcast bill there are at least 50 spam emails.
