About me
I had the opportunity of improving the customer care of one of the world's largest Personal Computer Corporations. My motivation, from the beginning of that experience, was to help a whole lot of struggling and frustrated customers, but as time passed and I was noticed by corporate leadership. I discovered that I especially enjoyed the challenge of providing input that helped, both the corporation and the customer. I developed a strategy that was focused on providing the greatest help to the individual customer, by seeking to change the way that the Corporation implemented it's customer care. I have found glaring flaws in the customer care programs of just about every large international corporation; that I have had my own personal problems with. One doesn't need to try and find flaws, they are already in place. and will find you, if you have a very high expectation to find integrity within the corporation's customer care program.
