I was watching a live stream on the YouTube app the other day and turned the TV off by mistake. After I turned the TV back on I noticed the live stream was gone and I was back at home page for the app. This doesn't happen with any of the other streaming services I have. Why does it happen and how do

I checked the settings and there's nothing I can change at all.

I signed for HBO MAX and after I entered the code, a screen came up saying an email would be sent. It's been a few days and no such email has shown up, not even in my spam folder. What should I do?
