I bought a Pixel 5 unlocked and inputting the IMEI says it is incompatible. As others have said on Verizon IMEI check it is compatible. Not sure if I should try the Sim swap. Xfinity please support the Pixel 5.

Thank you both for your prompt replies.Did you use your existing SIM and were you able to make the swap remotely? I.E., did not have to go into the XFM store? Cheers ...

My Pixel 5 BYOD is now working fine.  I had some issue getting the December update for a couple of weeks but that is now resolved.  I'm getting 5G coverage and all other features are working well.

My Pixel 5 works great after some initial issues of XM recognizing the new phone, but that was just for the first few weeks after the release date. All features work and XM has the correct phone info on my account now.

Thanks. How can you have two instances of the same app with one login? The whole point of "linking" the accounts under one user id is so you don't have to have two separate logins. Even if you did, you can only be logged into the app under one accoun
