My mother is 95 years old and had to be put into a home. She has been a customer of yours since the early 80’s. I had changed her program a few years ago because she no longer was able to use the internet, only needed phone and cable tv. I cancelled her account yesterday and was charged $100 early termination fee. I am going to shout from the rooftops of this truly disgusting way to treat loyal customers of over 30 years.
