You are one customer out of millions. Calm down. You are judging equipment and software based soley upon YOUR experience, without knowing just how widespread those issues may or may not be. I have had no issues with my X1 equipment. Tonight first real bad experience with x1 dvr and remote. I could change channels only by actually using up/down channel selector. Could not view hd channels at all. Could not get local channel 3/803hd ABC, could not get local channel 4/804hd Fox networks. The sad part is I have 3 other tvs that could get all hd channels. Weird.
