When I attempt to access email through the Connect app, it will not load. It says “connection cannot be established “. I have to turn off WiFi and access it through data. This mostly happens in my home where all other devices access the app easily. I went to an Xfinity store where I was told to uninstall and reinstall (which I did to no avail). When the agent sent a test email in the store, it worked, but now that I’m home, it does not. It seems that many others are having the same issue. Is there any hope of a resolution or will we just have to live with it?
