i have several Roku devices in the home and use the for primary tv viewing. For the last few weeks, the app can fail out to the home screen and when trying to restart the app, it flashes the Xfinity app screen and then rolls back up the Roku home screen.
This also happens when starting the app without it failing to the Roku screen.
The only way to get it to work again is to uninstall the app, reinstall it and go through the authorization and configuration process again. When this happens several times per day, it makes me start looking at TV content alternatives. Yeah, I understand 'betas' but this app is really sad vs. what a competent product should be.
Has the product team seen this behaviour? Other customers confirm the issue?
