I recently decided to get cable and ordered the expanded basic cable package. All the equipment came and I went to set it up but there is no cable service. I've attached the coax to the wall and box and currently have the box to TV connection though HDMI (it was previously through coax but I wanted to see if HDMI made a difference). When I do a reset (unplug wait 30 seconds and plug back in) it shows the Xfinity logo and just brings up the blue basic cable type of screen that says "One Moment Please. This channel should be available shortly. Ref code S0a00" and "To be announced". There is no welcome message when I reset the box or a full channel list. It only shows channels 1-4 and 11-14. So I have called and used chat with Xfinity about this at least five or six times. They've tried restarting the box remotely but nothing happens, one guy figured out the box wasn't registered/activated and after 2+ hours still nothing came up, and one person tried to help but ended up bridging my modem. I have two different coax wall connections (one is being used by my modem). Last night I tried both wall coax connections and still nothing. Even my Xfinity app says the cable box is "not connected". Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!
