This was happening to me too on the devices I had set up for downtime. After doing some problem solving, I’ve discovered that the time zone must have been changed in the app so that the times I’ve set up for downtime on my kids devices is occurring 8 hours before it’s scheduled. I have things set up to shut off at 9:00 pm PST but they are shutting off at 1 pm PST. Everything seems to be moved up by 8 hrs. When I tested this out by adjusting the downtime and start time by 8 hrs it works. Very annoying that I need to make this adjustment. Hopefully the developers will fix this glitch in the app very soon!
