@ComcastAshley We have tried all these settings and had multiple signal tests sent to the tv from chat and phone calls with no luck. I now have to pay $59 to have a service technician come out on Saturday to look at this issue. I think there is a problem with the line, not the TV and X1 box. The picture quality on the old tv and new tv is the same. The old tv was a 1080 hooked up to a digital antenna and had a better picture than what I am getting now.
