I have been with xfinity for two years and i have never been able to change my plan online. When I log in and click "Change plan", i am redirected to multiple pages and eventually land on a page that instructs me to contact comcast: https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=plan-contact-us I have seen this error referenced multiple times in this forum, but without any specific resolution. I have contacted support, and have tried numerous troubleshooting failed attempts. I have tried on many devices and browsers, I have cleared cookies, I have changed my account password, I setup another user with the Manage role, my account has been refreshed by support, etc. Nothing seems to help. Has anybody been able to get this problem resolved?
