I updated my iPhone 11 and I've already paid the phone. The person at the xfinity store told me that my phone would be unlocked in 24 hours after paying, but my phone is still locked, I went to the store and the gave me a number then I called and they put me on hold for more than 100 minutes. I call costumer services and they were very rude, telling me if I want to unlock my phone I shall wait for more than 2 hours and that if I don't want to wait I won't be able to unlock it. 2 HOURS WAITING !!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!! Well I called again, spend more than 2 hours on hold and still nothing Is there any way to unlock my phone that doesn't include being abused like this???? Actually is my phone, I paid for it.
