Hey! Just like the other posters, I have been struggling to keep up with bills due to COVID layoffs, I haven’t worked since March! I have had an account with Xfinity for 6 years, and though it may have not been before the due date, my bill has been paid every month - despite having no income. This month, I just need a 7 day Promise To Pay, but I am worried that because my bill has been late in the past due to the layoffs (though paid). It’s frustrating that we’re in a global pandemic and Xfinity would rather lose business than to grant extensions for long time customers. I’m a full time nursing student as well, and i just need a few more days. Please please please help
