It won’t activate until the day after never, let me tell you. I have contacted my former carrier 1,001 times, I’ve contacted Xfinity Mobile about 20 times, and not only contacted Apple, but sent my series 5 to Apple for them to diagnose whether anything was the matter with my watch. No problems were found. It’s an Xfinity issue. They’re not equipped to provide watch service but are selling products as if they are equipped. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is. Taking my business back to my old wireless provider on December 1. Time’s up, Comcast. Stick to TV and internet. Cell service is “eh.” More dropped calls in a month than I ever had in 10 years with my last carrier.

It’s true. They don’t know how to solve it, or they know that they can’t provide their boosted from Verizon cellular service to more than mobile phones. I have a series 5 and moved from a major carrier to Xfinity mobile and from day 1, my series 5 does not connect. In December 1, I am leaving Xfinity and returning to my prior carrier. Id rather pay $1,000 per month for everything I paid for to work than $80 per month for it to work half-assed. Xfinity Mobile is a gussied-up Boost Mobile. Here’s a thought: Let the phone companies provide phone service and the cable companies provide television and internet service. Get out of the cellular business, Comcast.
