Still having issues downloading the Xfinity Beta app. on a Samsung QLED Q6D. We're getting error code TVAPP 00100. Xfinity tech came out to fix but after 2 1/2 hours could not. We've rebooted the Router and TV several times and still we're getting the same error message. The speed and signal were checked and are good. We're able to download other apps but not xfinity app. (our paid provider) We even moved the TV 3 feet from the router, recommended by the tech to see if this would help but we're still getting the error. Xfinity tech could not fix the issue; can you help?
