I ordered a self-install kit for internet about 1 week ago. I did not receive an email with a tracking number at my regular email address. I cannot find any tracking information when I look at "My Account". When I log in to Xfinity it sometimes shows a "comcast.net" email, but I cannot access email under my Xfinity account, it keeps taking me back to the main page. Is it possible to get tracking information sent to the preferred email I have listed under my Xfinity account? It is an sbcglobal.net email account. Thank you!
