We are renting a new construction townhome and have been calling for nearly 3 weeks trying to have internet established. Some neighbors in the same block of townhomes already have internet, and others have also had the same frustrating experience of requesting service for weeks. We've been told multiple times that "construction has to release the address for servicing" and that the only way for Comcast to reach said "construction" is through a ticket system...which apparently "construction" ignores?! We have had our request "escalated to a supervisor" twice, yet no progress has been made. Your business process is clearly broken and this failure to execute is absolutely inexcusable.
