Good luck. None of their parental controls that address specific websites work. I ended up using Google Family Link to manage my kids during their days on Chromebooks at home. We only allow them to visit school sites and Family Link works great. Hopefully Xfinity fixes it sometime because I’d rather have it work at the router level.

Nope - that link is a great set of instructions for a product that does NOT work. If it worked according to the claims, and according to the set up stated on that link, then Xfinity would have achieved a great product for parental controls. But, unfortunately, the whole system does not work as they claim it does.

@ComcastJoeTru Will you help the 100's of other customers like us that have also been posting on this same topic? This is the first time I've seen a Comcast employee reach out on one of the posts related to parental controls that do NOT work. It would be awesome if someone could actually fix this service which is so needed at the moment. Please help!

@EG has Comcast ever admitted to the issues, or set out a plan to fix them that you know of. The parental controls hardly work at all on Xfinity.
