I have two 4K TV's from different manufacturers. We stream Xfinity Stream through Roku 4K boxes (different model numbers). About 5 weeks ago the picture suddenly deteriorated markedly. It's as if there is extreme motion blur around images - even when there is little or no motion. This is sporadic. It comes and goes and seems to occur on virtually all the channels we watch. It is especially noticeable when watching sports. Both TV's are now set with max motion blur compensation - which doesn't help. I have had 4 or 5 different conversations with Xfinity service and tried all the routine fixes, but no joy. I am reaching the end of the line. Any insights would be appreciated.
