I tried below steps and it worked for me. You can too give it a try. 1. Try rechecking your login id/comcast id/ email id. You can use forgot id link to check. 2. Reset your pwd 3. Try login with new password, you should be able to access your account Sometime small error in login id creates an issue by creating new account (specially if we use forget pwd). If still unsuccessfull then will suggest you to connect with cust support.
