I have been having connectivity issues for quite some time, after moving into a new home, and now I have grown quite tired of it. I have screenshots of the cable modem log below: I have tried, just now to speak to an agent online, but that did not work as well - an agent connected, then went away and I closed the window and tried to reconnect. No joy. I elected to have a call back in five minutes, and it has been well over 10 minutes. Please connect me ASAP on this issue. at $80/month this should not be happening, and if ti does Comcast/XFinity should be actively monitoring the modem for issues, not me.
