We have called xfinity (on the phone passed from department to department for 45+ minutes) as well as submitted a ticket (useless because our account is linked to our rental property, not the property with the dangerous wires). Other companies have come out and told us the wires are tagged xfinity.

Hello, I recently moved to a new apartment and had Xfinity install their internet in my place. I did not want a mobile line, but I was pretty much told I HAD to set it up by an agent in chat in order for me to activate my internet. I was assured it would be $0 a month.
