I received an email that my wifi assessment is complete and I can take advantage of free xfi pods. However when I tried to redeem the offer I got this error message "Looks like you'll need some extra help completing your order. Thanks for getting started! Since Flex is in your plan, the Xfinity Assistant can help complete your order online. Or, you can call 1-800-XFINITY." Xfinity agent has no clue as the only way to get it is thru the email link. Can you help?
