Hello, I'm making a post very similar to https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Sign-In-and-Account-Management/Account-Activation-No-Confirmation-Email-for-Service-Order/td-p/3349500 I recently ordered internet service for self-installation, which included renting the router/modem and picking up a self-installation kit from my nearby store. However, I never received a confirmation email with a receipt. My account, like the post mentioned above, only has "Thanks for your purchase, _ _ _ _ _! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." Furthermore, it seems that the email listed in my account is a Comcast-created email, which I cannot access through your email without error messages– and thus have never received the link to verify my email. Whenever I try to do any action that requires verification, either through phone number or email, it states that my information does not match current records. I'm currently on a really tight schedule and need to pick up my installation kit ASAP, so would really appreciate any and all help!
