I have been trying to get an appointment at my new service location for August 28th for 3 1/2 weeks. I just bought a vacation home and received all my equipment in July. The problem is there is no cable running into my home. I was only going to be at the house for 3 days and I could not get an appointment. I have been paying for service since June 10th. I have had NO service at all. I am coming back to the home on the evening of August 27th and would like an appointment for Friday, August 28th. I have been calling Xfinity for 3 weeks straight to get an appointment for that date only to be told "it was too early to book an appointment for the end of August". I called TODAY and found out that there is NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE FOR 8/28! Why have I called 4 times and STILL cannot get the appointment the only day I'm available?
