I've been trying to get the cable wires in my driveway fixed since hurricane Michael, and can't even get a proper ticket, or discuss the issue with the appropriate CSR. Tickets that were created were for the wrong service, and subsequently closed without correction for the actual problem. The utuility company isn't even able to drive into my property and fix outages, when thier lines need work. How does a customer get to a CSR how can actaully help them, and give an honest answer to what is going on, or what has occurred/ been done?
