I recently purchased a arris surfboard sb8200 and upgraded my speed to gigabit. What I’m getting is 95mbps at best hardwired directly through the modem. Customer support isn’t very helpful. Had 2 techs come out and tell me everything is ok. Tech support says everything is fine but it’s not. They never give me a tier 2 tech. even after I request it. I believe it’s a provisioning problem. Can anyone help me out with what to do?
